By booking service with Window Cleaning of McKinney, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide window cleaning for residential and commercial properties. Services include exterior and interior glass cleaning, screen washing, and track/sill cleaning when requested. We do not repair windows, remove permanent stains (unless quoted as restorative work), or work above two stories without prior arrangement.
2. Scheduling and Cancellation
Appointments are confirmed via phone, text, or email. We may reschedule due to weather or unsafe conditions at no charge. Customers must provide 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
3. Pricing and Payment
Quotes are based on scope, window count, and service level. Payment is due upon completion unless arranged otherwise. We accept cash, check, Zelle, and cards. Commercial invoices are due within 7 days.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers shall provide clear access to all windows, secure pets, remove valuables near work areas, and notify us of pre-existing damage before service. If access issues prevent work we shall work with client to resolve issue(s).
5. Liability and Insurance
We carry general liability insurance and take care to minimize risk. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, seal failures, hard water stains or construction debris (unless quoted).
Except for gross negligence or willful misconduct, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied, contact us within 72 hours and we'll return at no charge. This does not cover weather-related issues, customer negligence, or pre-existing conditions.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Texas law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in Collin County, Texas.
